Shimano released a new Trail infused XTR derailleur with a feature called Shadow Plus that offers better control against chain movement in rough terrain. The Shadow Plus XTR rear derailleur offers a mode switch for users aimed at controlling the chain better in rough terrain with a friction stabilizer.
