SRAM is now offering their X.0 line in a polished chrome silver finish. This look takes highlights from the classic X0 design and gives riders another choice of colors to customize their ride. They’re also offering new 2×10 chainring options.
X0 Silver
In addition to the current lineup of colors, SRAM will be offering the new polished silver finish on most every X.0 component. This includes their X0 2X10 & 3X10 shifters, X0 rear derailleur (short, medium, and long cage), 2×10 & 3×10 cranksets, and X0 brakes.
New 2X10 Chainrings
SRAM has added two new gear ranges for 2X10. They’ll now offer a 38/24 and 36/22 setup. The 36/22 setup is the lowest 2X gear available from any system. The 38/24 setup is aimed at the 29er market. You’ll notice that these ranges don’t match up with the previous ratio SRAM has used in the past with 2X10 gear ranges. They’ve found out over time that this ratio isn’t necessary and other ranges can be used with their system just as efficiently.
